2025 Malaysia National High School
"Anime Creation Competition"

Purpose of the Event:

The 2025 "Malaysia National High School Anime Creation Competition" aims to promote anime creation education and cultivate the artistic and design capabilities of young students. This competition responds to the global trend of digital creative industry development, encouraging students to unleash their creativity, showcase unique anime art and aesthetic expression through their works, and enhance participation in international competitions, fostering cultural exchange and innovative development in the anime industry.

• Malaysia Talent Development and Industry-Academia Cooperation Association (馬來西亞人才培育暨產學合作協會)

Participants:

High school students nationwide.

Registration Period:

From August 25, 2025, to September 7, 2025.

Participation Method:

All participants must upload their eligible competition entries to the designated cloud storage before the specified deadline. After review and selection by the judging panel, outstanding works will be chosen, and awards will be presented at a later date.

Competition Process and Details:

1. An online briefing session will be held on September 7, 2025, at 8:00 PM (Taipei Time). The session will explain the competition highlights, scoring criteria, and current industry trends and developments to help participants understand the competition direction and preparation methods.
   On September 14, September 18, and September 28 at 8:00 PM, a teaching orientation session will be held on each date.
2. The organizer will pre-record a demonstration video. Participants must follow the instructions in the video to complete their competition work. Demonstration video download link: https://reurl.cc/bmVm6o
3. The submission period is from September 7, 2025, to October 7, 2025. Participants must upload their works to the designated cloud link before the deadline. The upload link will be individually sent via the email address provided during registration.

Creative Theme:

Cartoon Scene Production.

Software Used:

1. The competition will use Maya 2024 for creation.
2. The organizer will provide tutorial videos on how to register for a student account and download/install the software.

Submission Format:

Competition entries must be uploaded according to the specified requirements for online judging purposes.
※ Before the submission deadline, participants may modify their uploaded work at any time; the final uploaded file will be considered the official submission.

2. Work Images and 3D Source Files:

• Image files must be in JPG format, and each image file should be named using the format "School_ImageWorkName_No".
• 3D source files are allowed in different formats, and each 3D file should be named using the format "School_3DWorkName_No".

Judging Criteria:

1. Creativity and Originality (25%).
2. Animation Modeling Technique (45%).
3. Completeness and Visual Presentation (30%).

3. Bronze Award:

4. Merit Award (3 winners):
